We ship internationally.

In-stock items will ship within 3 business days of the order date,

while made-to-order items may take approximately 2 weeks to ship from the date of purchase.

All orders will be delivered via DHL Express. The delivery will be made to the address you provided on the order. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. 

You can track the shipment and see detailed information about your order on the My Page menu.

Please note that we can not deliver to PO boxes or similar addresses.


The item's total price at checkout does not include duties and taxes.

Your order may incur duty fees and import taxes on delivery.

Your local customs authority determines the charge based on their guidelines.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not provide exchange services.

If you would like an exchange, we recommend ordering the desired in-stock item and returning your previous order.

Returns

Please consider that all Braid products are handmade when you place your order.

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you can return it and receive a refund. 

You can return your order within 14 days from the day of delivery. 

You must return the product in the original condition, Unharmed, Unworn, Undamaged, and in the original protective package.


A [Return Request Form] should be in the original package with your order. 

When you return your order, you can fill out the [Return Request Form] and put it in the box with the item you would like to return.

Without the [Return Request Form], it might take longer to process the refund.


The shipping method used for the return and the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

 For added safety, we strongly recommend insuring the package with a tracking number 

so that you can track the shipment and return your order securely.


Before you return your item, please check the following:


*Your return should be within 7 days from the day of delivery.

*The product should be Unharmed, Unworn, and Undamaged.

*The package and other parts in the box should be in their original condition.

*The package you would like to return should include the [Return Request Form], or it may take longer to process the refund.

A refund will be processed through PayPal to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. 

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. 


Please note that the original shipping cost is NOT refundable.
